Sales Development Representative (Remote)

How you will contribute:

The Jaan Health Sales Development Representative is a critical resource used to help fuel company growth. By working hand-in-hand with Jaan Health Account Executives, the Sales Development Representative will identify, generate, and nurture qualified opportunities to use the Jaan Health Phamily Platform directly impacting the company’s bottom-line and revenue generation.

Responsibilities and activities may include but are not limited to:

  • Qualified lead identification & research
  • Qualified lead nurturing through various mediums (cold call, email, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Setting up meetings and demos with Qualified leads for the Account Executives
  • Presentation creation and support
  • CRM system management and upkeep
In your first 90 days:

The moment you are hired you should expect the following:

  • Active generation, management, and nurturing of qualified prospects to help close new business.
  • Development and implementation of creative sales identification and nurturing processes to improve sales effectiveness over time.

Account Executive (Remote)

At Jaan Health, we believe the delivery of healthcare needs to change from an episodic, reactive system to one that proactively manages the care of patients, especially patients that live every day with a chronic disease.  That’s why we’ve created a solution that makes it possible for healthcare providers to proactively follow up and check-in on all of their patients with chronic disease, in between office visits and at a large scale.  Patients get better quality of care, are less likely to go to the ER or Hospital.  Providers get paid for the work they do to support patients in between office visits.  Payors see a significant return on investment.  It’s a rare win-win-win in healthcare.

How you will contribute:

By exceeding expectations and quota, the Account Executive will help sign up more providers to use the Phamily platform – furthering our goal to help provide proactive care management to every patient with chronic disease.  You’ll be responsible for signing up healthcare practices with 5- 30 providers in your territory.

Skills you’ll bring:

  • A passion for hunting and closing new business to help providers increase revenue while improving quality of care for their patients
  • A minimum of 4 years experience in a hunting and consultative sales role
  • Self-motivation and autonomy, while still collaborating and learning from the team around you
  • Openness and willingness to be coached and mentored daily and to engage in multi-level selling
  • A desire to be creative with your sales process
  • The ability to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

In 90 days you will:

Be well on your way to becoming a Phamily product expert and will already be closing deals! You should prepare to have an immediate impact on the organization from day one. You’ll take this far beyond your first 90 days. Expect to constantly be learning, challenging yourself and strategizing with your team on how to be a top performer.

How you will contribute:

The Phamily Customer Success Manager will ensure company growth through consistent client success. The Customer Success Manager will work with Sales Executives to onboard, train, and grow new clients (physician practices + medical groups) into successful, and satisfied accounts.  The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for driving revenue & positive client outcomes by working hand in hand with our clients.

Responsibilities and activities will include:

  • Customer goal planning and expectation setting
  • Online/in-person customer training & program implementation
  • Weekly, monthly, and quarterly customer reporting and management
  • Project planning and management for medium-sized groups
  • Software demonstrations, trainings, and support
  • Online customer support
  • Content creation and development
  • Coordinating with and enabling the Sales Team
  • Coordinating with the Product Team coordination to report customer feedback and help improve the product

  • 3+ years of work experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in a SAAS business
  • Self-starter work ethic and go getter attitude

  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Experience with reporting platforms such as Tableau is a plus
  • Experience working in the medical clinic/hospital setting (optional – but strongly preferred)

  • Closely coordinating with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to ensure all customer needs are met
  • Training & implementing customers on the Phamily system
  • Scheduling, coordinating, and managing software demonstrations, and trainings
  • Managing customer communication and meeting follow up
  • Analyzing customer performance metrics to deliver actionable insights and guidance to drive customer value on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Collaborating with the Product Team to report customer feedback and help improve product development
  • Delivering unique ideas and solution-oriented problem solving to ensure continuous improvement of the Customer Success function

  • Online presentation experience
  • Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
  • Cold-calling experience (preferred)
