Kimberly leads Jaan Health’s people strategy across talent acquisition, people operations, performance management, leadership development, and culture. She is responsible for building scalable people programs that support rapid growth while reinforcing accountability, ownership, and excellence across the organization.
As Vice President of Talent Management, Kimberly partners closely with executive leadership to ensure the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent while embedding performance standards and behaviors aligned with Jaan Health’s core values of Care, Curiosity, Competence, Creativity, and Co-Creation. This includes advancing performance-driven processes, building leadership capability at all levels, and creating a consistent, high-quality employee experience.

Known for combining operational rigor with a strong cultural lens, Kimberly has led transformational initiatives that improve hiring outcomes, elevate performance management, and enable sustainable growth.
Kimberly brings more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare, technology, fintech, and health insurance sector, including with 5 start-up companies in high-growth mode, deep expertise in AI digital healthcare (Carbon Health), CAR T-cell therapy for patients with cancer (CARGO) gene therapy for rare diseases (Audentes), genomic diagnostics for cancer (Genomic Health), and infectious disease therapeutics (Achaogen) and worldwide, large top tech (TikTok). She has successfully led and transformed global HR initiatives across North America, Latin America, EMEA, and APAC, delivering scalable, data-driven talent strategies in complex and fast-growing environments.
